The ultimate foodie event in the Southern Hemisphere, Fine Food Australia, is back in 2022, with visitor registration for the Sydney event opening today.
In a first event, 2022 will host two gastronomic fairs, the first taking place from March 8 to 11 at the ICC Sydney, then the Melbourne Convention Center will host a second fair from September 5 to 8, 2022.
Product and Events Director Andrew Lawson said as the industry heats up, exhibitors and visitors look forward to getting together to meet and share new ideas.
âAlthough the food industry has gone through extremely difficult times, the future looks bright. It’s amazing to see so much optimism, positivity and thirst for events, âLawson said.
âMany people took advantage of this time to focus on the fundamentals of the business and came away with renewed focus.
“We look forward to being the premier event bringing the food industry together again and with two events in 2022 – it will be a big year from Sydney.”
